The symbols in the DFF can be interpreted any way you like, but I’ve designed them as a kind of a checklist self care reminder (have I done X today?):
Top row – medication, brushed teeth, exercise, vitamin D, music or podcast, journaling, meditation
Bottom row – shower, pet care/walk, connect with loved ones, drink water, clean, work/computer, eat a meal
Again, you can interpret those icons with whatever makes sense to you. Eg. I don’t have a pet, but spending time with animals and in nature is important to me, so I use the paw print to remind me of that. 🙂
